The Monopolar Brain Lesion Electrodes Kit consist of monopolar electrodes in three different tip diameters and tip lengths. Impedance monitoring, stimulation and RF-lesioning are performed with the same electrode.
The Monopolar Brain Lesion Electrodes are part of Leksell Stereotactic System® and are used with Leksell® Neuro Generator in minimally invasive brain surgery procedures. Precise positioning of the electrode is achived by use of the stereotactic arc.
The electrodes have integrated thermocouple controlled sensors, to accurately control temperature. All electrodes are steam autoclavable.
A guide and stop insert with three holes and angle indications, for dual monopolar electrode application and easy re-positioning are also included.
All electrodes can be ordered separately.
The electrodes are manufactured by inomed (920071).
