Leksell Stereotactic System® Planned Maintenance (Local)

Planned maintenance schedule for maximum equipment availability, performance and safety with minimum disruption to clinical patient flow. Elekta recommended maintenance intervals and procedures performed by Elekta certified engineers. The service includes a service report detailing outstanding service needs and/or recommended parts replacement to sustain equipment performance at original design specifications.

Provides the customer with a service of Leksell Stereotactic System^® (LSS) where functionality and performance are verified and certified.

Planned Maintenance can be executed once every year.

Planned Maintenance is performed on contracted Leksell Stereotactic System® to the applicable extent. The service will be documented with a certificate. If necessary a service report will be provided describing outstanding service needs and or recommended parts replacement to sustain equipment performance.

Planned Maintenance includes: Inspection of system, lubrication, accuracy check and replacement of front piece screw, lock screw on collar, nylon stop screw, knob and lock screw for X-axis. The Leksell Coordinate Frame G will be replaced to a new frame during the Planned Maintenance service once every third year.

• Leksell® Coordinate Frame G
• Leksell® Multi Purpose Stereotactic Arc including Arc supports with slides

Planned Maintenance as described above is only available for contracted customers with a Leksell Stereotactic System® Service Program.
