MRI Head Coil Adapter, Lower Stop is used together with the Leksell Vantage Stereotactic System to support the patient´s head inside a MR Head coil. The coil adapter attaches to the posterior part of the frame. This MRI head coil adapter is compatible with the following MR head coils:
Siemens Head Matrix coil (12 or 20 channels)
This product replaces 1054773.
This head coil adapter is tailored for the Siemens HEAD MATRIX coil. It has the same geometry as 'Universal' head coil adapter but with “hooks” that will grab the lower outer rim of the coil and will work as mechanical stops to prevent that the MRI fiducial box will get in contact with the coil.
This product is the same as product 1040079 registered under the Medical Device Regulation.
