MRI Head Coil Adapter, Large is used together with the Leksell Vantage Stereotactic System to support the patient´s head inside a MR Head coil. The coil adapter attaches to the posterior part of the frame. This MRI head coil adapter is compatible with the following MR head coil(s):
GE Quadrature Head coil
GE 450/750 and HD split head coil
Siemens TxRx CP Head coil
Siemens CP Head Array Coil
This coil is designed to be used in any coil with a diameter larger than app 250 mm. It is similar to MRI Head Coil Adpater, Universal but with a larger diameter. Its rubber “feet” are also more stretched apart to optimize the stability of the patients head.
This product replaces 1054775.
